Remote: ~1–2 hours. On-site (Taipei metro area only): ~2–3 hours. Complex environments may take longer — no extra charge for overtime (Opus upgrade is the exception).

Mostly no. When OpenClaw releases updates you'll need to run an update command. If that's not your thing, our monthly maintenance plan ($800/mo) covers updates, troubleshooting, and instant messaging support.

OpenClaw runs locally on your machine. Your data doesn't go to third-party servers (except API calls to AI providers). Remote desktop access is only used during installation and can be revoked immediately after.

Every install includes a 15–30 min walkthrough. If you run into issues later, email us or subscribe to the monthly plan for instant messaging support.

No. Remote access is used solely to run the installation process — the engineer's actions are limited to that scope only. Your personal files, documents, and private data are never accessed.

The software we install is fully open-source, meaning anyone can inspect the code and verify there are no hidden features or backdoors.

Once installation is complete, the remote connection expires immediately. The engineer cannot reconnect to your computer.

For business clients, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

No. Your conversations with the AI assistant travel only between your computer and the AI model provider (e.g. Anthropic). HurricaneSoft's servers are not part of that path — we have no access to your conversation data.

The AI assistant runs locally on your own machine. You are in control of your data.
